This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which A1 Media Communications delivers its VoIP services. Our objective is to ensure fairness and operational clarity while maintaining service excellence.
Service Cancellation
Clients may initiate a service cancellation request—covering PBX, VICIDIAL, GoAutodial, Virtual Call Centre, Wholesale & Reseller – Terminations, Call Centre – Terminations, or DID & CLI—by submitting a formal written notice via email. Such notice must be received no less than 7 calendar days prior to the subsequent billing cycle. Late requests may result in full charges for the upcoming month, regardless of usage.
Refunds
All services provided by A1 Media Communications operate on a prepaid basis. Accordingly, once a service has been activated or provisioned—whether VPS setups, SIP trunking, DID numbers, custom configurations, or any other—payments made are strictly non-refundable. Prospective clients are urged to avail themselves of our no-cost technical consultation and introductory training before subscribing to any package.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be evaluated and granted at our discretion under the following specific conditions:
Each refund request undergoes an internal review and, upon approval, will be processed within a maximum of 7–10 business days and will be credited within a maximum of 15–20 business days.
